VACATING PREMISES, FINAL ACCOUNTS & DEPOSIT REFUNDS:
If you’re planning to vacate a premises managed by Prestige Metering Services, adhere to the following steps:
VACATING DATE AND TIME
Send a written notice 14 days before moving indicating your intended vacating date to [email protected]
VACATING OF PREMISES FORM:
We'll forward this form to you upon receiving your notice.
Alternatively, download it directly from our website.
Make sure to fill out the form completely.
BANKING DETAILS CONFIRMATION:
Alongside the completed form, submit your banking details (bank confirmation letter or bank statement) for the potential deposit refund.
SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND:
Upon settling your final invoice, we'll process the refund.
If the invoice remains unpaid, the owed amount is deducted from your deposit. If there's a balance, it will be refunded; if there's a shortfall, you'll be required to settle it with us.
Please note that a refund charge will be levied to cover our banking charges for the payment
DEBT COLLECTION:
If your deposit doesn't cover the final charges and you don't settle the account, we will initiate debt collection procedures.
REFUND TIMELINE:
Post-vacating, please allow 45 days for the deposit refund to appear in your bank account.
LIABILITY REMINDER:
Until you notify us in writing of your vacating date, you'll be accountable for all consumption charges, irrespective of your physical move-out date.
