EFT PAYMENTS (ELECTRONIC TRANSFERS)

Direct transfers can be made to the bank details provided on the invoice, using the unique reference number allocated to each account holder.

ABSA BANK BRANCH DEPOSITS

Payments or deposits can be made at any ABSA bank branch.

Important Note: When providing proof of payments to Prestige Metering Services, ensure the document clearly indicates:

The amount paid.

The date of the transaction.

Your unique reference number, usually your customer or account number.

Cash Deposit Fees at ATMs:

Some banks or ATMs may charge fees for depositing cash which will be set off against your account with Prestige Metering Services.

Alternatives to Avoid Fees:

In-branch deposits: Use physical bank branches to deposit cash directly with a teller, typically without fees.

Partner Retail Locations: Some digital banks have partnerships with retail stores where you can deposit cash without fees.

Always check with your bank to understand their fee structure and to confirm the most cost-effective methods for managing your money.

DUE DATES & GRACE PERIODS

GRACE PERIOD:

We always provide a grace period of at least 14 days from the invoice issue date to the due date.

CONSIDERATION FOR RESIDENTIAL CONSUMERS:

To accommodate varying salary payment schedules:

Invoices are issued mid-month.

Payment due dates are set at the end of the month.

This system ensures that those paid anytime between the 15th and the end of the month, can settle their bills by the due date.
